If, for ANY reason you are unsatisfied with the results of your pendant and e-book you can return the pendant and receive a FULL refund. (Shipping charges not refundable.)
Because this is a process, we insisted that you wear the pendant for the full year of the one year guarantee; therefore you can only return the pendant on the last month of the one year guarantee.
By purchasing the pendant you understand that it is the combination of the pendant and application of the e-book that is going to give you the results you desire.
We expect you to take responsibility and do your part in the process and read the e-book, apply the techniques and contact us if you require help in any way to achieve your desired results.
We would also like to add that we are always available to answer any question and supply any help you may require to reach your desired results and proceed through your transformation.
If for any reason you do wish to return the pendant on the last month of the one year guarantee. Crystal Worlds at its discretion reserve the right to ask you questions on what process and techniques you practice and applied from the e-book over the last year and reserve the right to revoke the one year guarantee if it feels in anyway whatsoever the wearer of the pendant has not taken responsibility for their transformation and played their part and apply the techniques in the e-book during the one year guarantee.
If a jewellery item fails within the one year guarantee time period Crystal Worlds, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the item. Normal wear and tear, abuse, is not covered
