While most holistic and alternative retailers do not guarantee their products, we are confident enough in the quality of our oneness pendant to make this pledge: If, for ANY reason you are unsatisfied with the results of your pendant within the one year guarantee, let us know and we vow to provide a FULL refund, NO questions asked! (Shipping charges not refundable)

Because this is a process, we insisted that you a least wear the pendant for the first six months of the one-year guarantee, therefore you can only return the pendant after the first six month period of the one year guarantee 

If a jewelry item fails within that period of time, Crystal worlds, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the item. Normal wear and tear, abuse, is not covered.
